Enhance team combat effectiveness and explore new product markets

From July 14 to 16, the 2019 semi-annual work meeting of the Raw Material Drug Sales Center of Livzon Pharmaceutical Group was held in Wuyuan. The meeting was hosted by Ms. Huang Yuxuan, Vice President of the Group and Deputy General Manager of the Division, with nearly 50 participants including sales elites and the international cooperation department team.

Vice President of the Group and Deputy General Manager of the Raw Material Drug Division, Huang Yuxuan, provided a comprehensive explanation of the sales center's performance in the first half of the year.

Ms. Huang pointed out that under the guidance of President Tang Yanggang and the joint efforts of all sales personnel, the sales center successfully completed its sales tasks for the first half of the year. The market situation in the second half of the year is severe, and to achieve the operational goals for the second half, we will focus on the following three aspects:

First, clarify task indicators. Do not easily set limits for yourself; be brave to try and withstand the test of the market. In the second half of the year, we will carry out sales work around the fighting spirit of "life has no limits, success has no upper limit, everything is possible," with a work attitude of upward and downward influence, high efficiency, pragmatism, and meticulousness, working together to ensure the complete fulfillment of this year's tasks.

Second, explore new products and new markets. Innovate and seek development based on the market; it is not about having a market before exploring, but rather exploring to create a market. We must remember the importance of developing new products, new markets, and new customers. New markets and new customers are not only the cornerstone for completing task indicators but also the future of the enterprise.

Third, enhance the team's combat effectiveness. Accurately position internal management and implement strict assessments. An excellent team must not only have good business qualities but also possess outstanding professional ethics. When facing a severe market, they should be able to adapt, solve problems, and find new breakthroughs. At the same time, there should be a sense of crisis and an enhanced ability to withstand pressure. The sales center should continue to develop its core strength and continuously enhance the team's combat effectiveness.

At the meeting, Director Yang Yunzong of the Domestic Trade Department, Director Tang Xiaojing of the Export Department, Director Chen Xin of the Food Additives Department, Deputy General Manager Chen Xiaoyang of the International Cooperation Department, Manager Huang Ying of the Support Department, and heads of various project teams gave special reports. The secondary enterprise of raw materials, the synthesis company, discussed production and sales matters. The International Cooperation Department conducted in-depth exchanges on issues such as foreign market sales strategies and team building.

After the meeting, activities were conducted to enhance team cohesion.
