From June 28 to 30, the Party Committee of Lizhu Group organized Party Committee members and Party branch secretaries, outstanding Communist Party members, excellent Party workers, as well as representatives from the trade union and the Youth League in the Zhuhai area to Zunyi to carry out the "Stay true to the original aspiration, take on the mission, win reform, and seek development" learning and education activity, celebrating the Party's birthday.

On the evening of arriving in Zunyi, the Group's Party Committee held an expanded meeting of the Party Committee in 2019. The meeting heard a report on Party building work since 2018 from Zhou Peng, the Deputy Secretary of the Group's Party Committee. The report summarized the Group's Party building work in 2018 from five aspects: 1. Integrating Party organization construction into enterprise operations, fully leveraging the advanced nature of the Party organization; 2. Improving Party organization management systems to enhance the combat effectiveness of the Party organization; 3. Strengthening the construction of Party organization bases to promote enterprise development through Party building activities; 4. Enhancing the integrity construction of the Party organization to build a new type of "close and clean" political-business relationship; 5. Taking Party building honors as a new starting point to further promote Party building leading Lizhu's development.

After the report, General Zhou said that the Party building work of Lizhu Group in 2018 was commendable, winning the first prize in the innovation group of the Zhuhai City Party building leading innovation competition, and being recognized by the Zhuhai City Organization Department as a "strong Party building, strong development" dual strong enterprise. He hopes that all branches will learn from each other, fully play the exemplary role of Party members, and contribute to the company's development.

The meeting recognized outstanding Communist Party members and excellent Party workers for the first half of 2019, reviewed the work system of the Lizhu Group Party Committee, deployed the work for the Party Committee's re-election, and clarified the adjustment proposal for the head of the Group's Party Committee Office through voting.

After completing the agenda of the expanded meeting, Group Party Secretary Yang Daihong delivered a speech. He said that although Lizhu is a non-public enterprise, the Party building work still strictly follows the requirements of Article 33 of the Party Constitution, implementing the Party's policies, guiding and supervising enterprises to comply with national laws and regulations, leading trade unions and Youth League organizations, uniting and consolidating the workforce, safeguarding the legitimate rights and interests of all parties, and promoting healthy enterprise development. Secondly, in conjunction with the Group's talent strategy, we should discover outstanding talents among Party members, fully leverage the exemplary role of Party members, and contribute to the company's development. Thirdly, we should strengthen learning, with practical requirements for learning, combining it with our own work, making good use of the Learning Power APP platform, and enhancing our Party spirit.

At the site of the Zunyi Conference, comrades, led by Group Party Secretary Yang Daihong, carefully viewed the exhibits and documents in the exhibition hall, reminiscing about the Communist Party's arduous revolutionary history. At the site of the Goubai Conference, Party members raised their right hands to reaffirm their Party membership oath; in front of the Red Army Crossing the Chishui Memorial Tower, everyone bowed in remembrance of the martyrs and sang the red song "Without the Communist Party, There Would Be No New China."

After the learning and education activity, Group Party Secretary Yang Daihong summarized the event. He said that this year we came to Zunyi to pay tribute to the martyrs, continuing from last year's retracing of the Long March at Jinggangshan. The Long March of the Red Army was a great exploration of firm belief, overcoming difficulties, and seeking development, and the spirit of the Long March is very instructive for enterprise development. At the same time, the Long March was a baptism for the establishment of the Chinese Communist Party's management system, especially in talent team building, and the Zunyi Conference was an important turning point in establishing the system and building the talent team, discovering and reserving a large number of talents for the construction of the new China. In terms of Lizhu's talent team building work, from 2014 to now, the cadre team of the raw material pharmaceutical division has undergone a transformative change, and this spirit of daring to fight tough battles is worth learning from; during the construction of the Lizhu Industrial Park, a large number of capable cadres were also trained and discovered. The Group is currently in a reform environment, especially in areas such as R&D, clinical, and sales, where more high-quality talents capable of fighting tough battles are needed. We can only enhance the company's core competitiveness by building an excellent talent team.

Secretary Yang also mentioned that the Zunyi Conference established a new leadership collective for our Party during a critical period, clarified the correct revolutionary direction, and ultimately achieved revolutionary success. Group President Tang combined the company's current development stage to propose three major development strategies regarding talent, products, and markets, clarifying the direction for the company's future development. We must earnestly implement the work requirements of the three major strategies, truly excel in talent introduction and cultivation, product refinement, and market cultivation, and call on all Party members to fully play their exemplary leading role, working together to successfully achieve the Group's operational goals for the next three years.
