However, each department and workshop is still researching measures for emission reduction and recycling, with hopes for further cost reduction next year.
3. In terms of environmental protection, the government conducts random inspections and tests 24 hours a day, and all inspection and testing results meet standards. The investment in environmental protection has already yielded results.

Eliminating management personnel who do not adapt to the company's changes has strengthened the team's cohesion. Luzhu Ningxia has reduced its leadership team from 15 members in the past to 6. All leadership members are required to engage in frontline work.
