On August 30 and 31, Sichuan Guangda Pharmaceutical organized a two-day special training for team leaders, which included not only production team leaders but also on-site QA, workshop directors, deputy workshop directors, and production supervisors, totaling 58 people.

The first day was arranged for quality development training that combined physical fitness and practice, mainly to increase trust among members, enhance collaboration, and understand the importance of teamwork. Throughout the day of intensive training, each member experienced joy in the games, felt self-breakthrough step by step in the challenges, and understood team collaboration through cooperation.

August 31 Internal Training

On August 31, the special training entered its second day. Before the training, General Manager Mr. Cai Xinfeng encouraged everyone.

Mr. Cai said that the reason for sparing no effort in strengthening training is that this era forces us to learn; not learning means falling behind, and falling behind means being eliminated. Today's training is just a beginning, and in the future, more suitable methods will be combined to implement training continuously. Following that, Mr. Cai analyzed the industry situation and Guangda's situation. Although the pharmaceutical industry is facing unprecedented urgency and strictness, Guangda has its advantages. A sharp sword is forged through grinding. We must produce products on time, with quality and quantity, which is the premise of all strategies. It is evident that team leaders play a crucial role; performing well and being confident in Guangda, while spreading positive energy to every corner of Guangda, is the most important task for team leaders and all employees at this moment.

Mr. Cai's heartfelt words inspired every member present, and everyone brought their best state into the upcoming learning.

The details in these lists are clear and meticulous, and the real test for everyone is not only to be familiar with these details but also to integrate the awareness of red lines into habits during production practice, adhering to rules in every word and action.

Daily clearing and daily settlement is an inevitable choice for refined management in enterprises, and it is also a requirement of various GMP regulations. If it was not done well in the past, after this systematic training, from department managers to every member of the department, from team leaders to every member of the team, strict execution, high standards, and self-growth must be enforced to ensure the entire team grows together.

Deputy General Manager Ms. Wu Dengju made a perfect summary of this training.

Ms. Wu said that the purpose of this training ultimately returns to daily production, so the "Three Lists" and "Daily Clearing and Daily Settlement" are tests of everyone's execution and learning ability. With the support of the group, Guangda has newly introduced a batch of young managers who actively step out of their comfort zones, choosing to face difficulties alongside Guangda's employees, shouldering the future of Guangda together. As long-serving employees at Guangda for decades, we have even more reason to strive to catch up.

Ms. Wu's words resonated with the entire audience.

This training was sought for knowledge and returned full, and we are ready to go, determined to start from every small matter, influencing colleagues around us with ourselves as the center, and ensuring product quality and reputation.
