On the morning of September 8, the 7th Party Representative Congress of the Communist Party of China Lijuzhu Group was held in the group building. The conference reviewed and approved the work report of the 6th Committee of Lijuzhu Group, the work report of the Disciplinary Inspection Committee of Lijuzhu Group, and elected a new committee of the Party Committee, members of the Disciplinary Inspection Committee, the Party Secretary, the Deputy Party Secretary, and the Secretary of the Disciplinary Inspection Committee. The conference was presided over by Dai Zhifang, the director of the Party Committee Work Office of the group.

The conference opened with the national anthem. There were 56 party representatives expected to attend, and 48 actually attended, exceeding half of the expected representatives, in accordance with the regulations for convening the conference.

Yang Daihong, the Party Secretary of the group, presented the work report on behalf of the 6th Party Committee. The report summarized the Party building work of Lijuzhu Group over the past five years from three aspects. First, always integrating the construction of the Party organization into the operation of the enterprise, fully exerting the advanced nature of the Party organization; second, strengthening the construction of the Party organization base, promoting enterprise development through Party building activities; third, strictly attracting outstanding talents to join the Party organization according to the requirements of the Party Constitution. Over the past five years, the Lijuzhu Group Party Committee has fully played its leading role in Party building according to the requirements of the Party Constitution, actively contributing to the development of the group. In 2017, the Lijuzhu Group Party Committee was rated as an advanced grassroots Party organization in Guangdong Province; in 2017 and 2018, it won the first prize in the Science and Technology Innovation Group of the Zhuhai City Party Building Leading Science and Technology Innovation Competition for two consecutive years; in June 2018, it was awarded the honorary title of "Strong Party Building, Strong Development" enterprise in Zhuhai City.

Si Yanxia, the Secretary of the Disciplinary Inspection Committee of the group, presented the work report on behalf of the 6th Disciplinary Inspection Committee. The report summarized the work of the Disciplinary Inspection Committee over the past five years from four aspects. First, adhering to education first, strengthening source governance; second, adhering to system construction, strengthening constraint mechanisms; third, standardizing the management of Party funds, strictly controlling the review process; fourth, improving political awareness, strengthening political responsibility.

Subsequently, the conference conducted a re-election. Wang Wei, a member of the Party Committee of the group, read the "Election Work Rules of the 7th Party Representative Congress of the Communist Party of China Lijuzhu Group" and presided over the election. Under the supervision of the ballot counters, the attending party representatives elected 9 new members of the Party Committee and 3 members of the Disciplinary Inspection Committee by secret ballot. The new members of the Party Committee are: Yang Daihong, Zhou Peng, Si Yanxia, Wang Wei, Dai Zhifang, Xie Haiyan, Cai Xinfeng, Yang Xianjian, Ao Zhuolie; the members of the Disciplinary Inspection Committee are: Zhou Peng, Wang Wei, Xie Haiyan.

Next, the newly elected members of the Party Committee and the Disciplinary Inspection Committee held the first meeting of the 7th Committee of Lijuzhu Group, where Comrade Yang Daihong was elected as the new Party Secretary, and Comrade Zhou Peng was elected as the new Deputy Party Secretary and Secretary of the Disciplinary Inspection Committee.

Deputy Secretary Zhou introduced the division of responsibilities of the 9 committee members to the party representatives at the subsequent meeting of the new committee: Member Dai Zhifang is in charge of organization publicity, Party office, and Youth League work; Member Wang Wei is in charge of labor union and living work; Member Xie Haiyan is in charge of women's work; Member Cai Xinfeng is in charge of the Party building work of the Traditional Chinese Medicine Division; Member Yang Xianjian is in charge of the Party building work of the Raw Materials Division; Si Yanxia and Ao Zhuolie are full-time members.

Jiang Chunhong, Deputy Minister of the Organization Department of the Jinwan District Committee and Secretary of the Party Working Committee of the "Two New" Organizations in the District, delivered a speech after the election of the new committee. She said, first of all, congratulations on the successful convening of the 7th Party Representative Congress of Lijuzhu Group and congratulations to all the elected committee members. Lijuzhu Group is a well-known enterprise in the pharmaceutical industry, and in recent years, the Party building work has achieved gratifying results, serving as a model for the Party building work of non-public economic organizations in Zhuhai City. To let Party building lead enterprise development, Secretary Jiang proposed three points: first, to adhere to political leadership, fully recognizing that Party building is the "red engine" of enterprise development; second, to adhere to Party building first, fully utilizing the Party building work system to promote enterprise development; third, to adhere to the exemplary role of Party members, fully exerting the vanguard and exemplary role of Party members. Secretary Jiang finally hoped that the newly elected Party Committee and Disciplinary Inspection Committee would continue to carry forward the past and open up new horizons, taking the Party building work of Lijuzhu to a new level.

Zheng Luotian, Secretary of the Hongqi Town Committee of Jinwan District, attended the meeting to congratulate. Secretary Zheng stated that for more than thirty years, Lijuzhu has made positive contributions to the health cause, and Lijuzhu's Party building work seeks practical results, serving as a benchmark for Party building work in private enterprises. He hopes that the new Lijuzhu Party Committee will continue to promote the main line of Party building leading enterprise development, creating a good atmosphere for enterprise development through Party building work.

Secretary Yang Daihong spoke on behalf of the new Party Committee. He said that the group's development has entered a new stage, with both opportunities and challenges. We believe that under the leadership of the Jinwan District Committee and the Party Working Committee of the "Two New" Organizations in Jinwan District, and with the joint efforts of all Party members, we will definitely make new contributions to the development of enterprises led by Party building. Under the leadership of Chairman Zhu Baoguo and President Tang Yanggang, we will surely achieve new achievements.

The conference concluded with the "International Anthem" after completing all agenda items.
