A QA Person's Monologue
The daily work of QA makes people feel busy yet fulfilled. Along the way, there have been busyness, difficulties, and grievances, but more importantly, there have been gains. We treat every quality audit seriously, promptly addressing and resolving various customer issues, coordinating and guiding internal quality work in the factory, improving work efficiency amidst busyness, continuously honing ourselves through difficulties, and feeling the strength from the team during grievances.
We earnestly fulfill the responsibilities of QA, but QA is not just a profession for us; it is also an attitude. An attitude of seriousness towards work, learning, and life.
We take work seriously.
From reading the tedious SOPs to tackling complex regulations, and then to immersing ourselves in the production site, we increasingly know what we need to learn. We are continuously moving forward on the path to becoming qualified QAs. We also want to thank the various departments in the company, such as QC, equipment, and fermentation, for their support and assistance on our journey!
We plan our leisure activities meticulously.
Being serious about work does not mean we cannot enjoy life. To avoid the crowded May Day crowds, we choose to catch the tail end of the beautiful spring and head to Hanjing to experience the mountains and waters.
Before taking action, we must plan meticulously according to QA's action standards. Main dishes, ingredients, fruits, and drinks all need to be considered; check the weather and prepare contingency measures; inform about the itinerary and notify the transportation methods.Everything is ready! Let's go~~!
In the beautiful Suanxi Park, we take pictures of the beautiful scenery. Of course, while enjoying the scenery, we also don't forget to strike a pose.
Let's feel our craftsmanship again.
The barbecue masters are very stylish, knowing what dishes go with what seasonings, which seasonings to add first, how to grill different meats, and what to eat first for the best taste, etc. Everything is well-organized. During the barbecue, the brothers and sisters showcased different grilling methods and skills.
Laughter and joy linger in the air with the curling smoke. Everyone enjoys the various skewers they grilled themselves, chatting about different local customs, experiencing the process of labor and the joy within it, "stealing half a day's leisure!"
The climax of team building is always the game segment. Our attitude towards games and entertainment as QAs is: dare to think, dare to do, dare to play.In the games, we forget our age and identity and participate earnestly. Regardless of the outcome, we are very happy with the process.
GMP in the heart of every QA.
Finally, as a collective team building for many QAs, we must "practice what we preach" and once again earnestly recommend to all Fuxing family members: GMP is very important!
Of course, we set off happily and must return home safely. Thanks to meticulous planning, food and drinks were not wasted, and both adults and children returned home safely. Let's applaud QA's attention to detail, safety, and environmental protection!
Thoughts on Flower Picking Team Building
Phoenix Nirvana, every transformation is to meet a better self. Learning is an essential path to self-value enhancement. Entertainment is for a better life and improvement. A day of play not only brings joy but also enhances mutual friendship, which we find very worthwhile~~.
