Youth, in the vibrant leap of Lizhu

In August, nearly a hundred fresh graduates participated in the onboarding training held at the group headquarters. The group president, Tang Yanggang, gave the first lesson to this batch of new employees, introducing the three major strategies the company is implementing. He earnestly hopes that the newcomers will be grounded, work hard, and showcase their wisdom and talents on the platform of Lijuz. During the week of training, the instructors shared insights on quickly integrating into the company culture, completing the transition from student to employee, understanding and mastering job knowledge and skills, and establishing a correct professional outlook and values.

Through a week of learning, communication, and interaction, the young people's thoughts and feelings varied. Here are some excerpts of insights from several employees who participated in the training, reflecting the vibrant youth of Lijuz newcomers.

This training has given me a clearer self-positioning. As a fresh graduate with no work experience, I realized after starting my job that my previous university life was comfortable. Coming to Lijuz and entering the workplace, I am determined to hone my will and invest my full passion into my work; to humbly seek advice and establish a correct professional outlook; to start from the little things and hold myself to high standards; to cultivate my character through work and grow together with the company. I will be a diligent health ambassador in the big family of Lijuz.

To integrate into the work atmosphere more quickly and clarify one's responsibilities, in addition to continuously deepening the professional knowledge and skills required for the job, one should also possess good professional qualities and improve problem-solving abilities. The training courses over the past few days have basically covered the knowledge we should understand and master. I see that the various departments of the company have clear divisions of labor but can closely coordinate and cooperate with each other. This means that it is not enough to limit learning to one's own department or position. I believe that every employee working at Lijuz should have a heart that embraces all and strives for progress. Only in this way can we calmly face the challenges of future work.

Through the training, I got to know many new colleagues, which made me feel closer and strengthened the sense of home. Although we graduated from different schools and have different professional backgrounds, today we stand on the same workplace platform with a common identity, that is, "Lijuz people." In our future work, we must always maintain this camaraderie, work together, and do our best to create new achievements for the company's future development and add brilliance to Lijuz's tomorrow.

If we are a ship, then Lijuz is the lighthouse. The light of the lighthouse guides us on our journey, helping us maintain our original intention and build a better Lijuz together with our predecessors! Here, I send a heartfelt message to myself and my friends:

"Dear, do not fantasize about smooth sailing; I only wish you can ride the wind and break the waves!"

The cultivation of a sense of responsibility is a long-term process and also a process of enhancing the awareness of being brave to take on responsibilities. In our work, we must be fully committed and have a serious attitude of being responsible. Starting from the little things and paying attention to details is the only way to truly do our job well, make progress, and achieve results. Work must be taken seriously and responsibly; responsibility is heavier than Mount Tai. In our work, we should bear a responsibility and uphold a belief; on the road of our career, we should always maintain a sense of responsibility and move towards the shore of success.

"Mountains do not grow extraordinary trees for great craftsmen, nor does heaven produce extraordinary people for wise rulers." The instructor quoted this saying from Zeng Guofan, which has greatly benefited me. On the road of life, it is impossible to have smooth sailing, nor can all conditions be prepared for us. When encountering difficulties, we need to overcome and strive for them ourselves.

Nearly a hundred newcomers who have just joined Lijuz are actively learning and innovating in the training room; they are uniting and cooperating in team-building activities, bravely challenging themselves. From them, I see the vibrancy of youth and the power of vitality.

Young friends, a journey of a thousand miles begins with a single step. Your voices have been heard by everyone, so go ahead and use your hard work and struggle to realize your life ideals!
