1. Introduction to the bidding project

(3) Project Implementation Location: New Plant of Jiaozuo Livzon Synthetic Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. (East side of Daijiu Road, South side of Jianshe Road, Ma Village District, Jiaozuo City, Henan Province)
(4) Procurement Content (Scope of Work): 1. Wastewater station functional room building area 611.12㎡, two-story reinforced concrete frame structure above ground; 2. Wastewater station online detection room building area 29.04㎡, one-story brick-concrete structure above ground; 3. Wastewater pool area 1066.24㎡, semi-underground reinforced concrete structure; 4. Two anaerobic reactor foundations area 176.40㎡, semi-underground reinforced concrete structure (including CFG piles), including water supply and drainage, electrical, construction, structure, HVAC, fire protection, and other specialties.
(5) Quality requirements for this bidding project: Ensure that the engineering quality pass rate is 100%, in accordance with the current national engineering quality evaluation standards and the technical requirements of the party A.
(6) Equipment delivery period (construction period): Subject to subsequent contracts
2. Qualification requirements for bidders and required submitted materials
1. Legal enterprises with valid business licenses and credentials, capable of independently assuming civil liability, with last year's operating income not less than 50 million yuan, able to send technical personnel to the project site for inspection and technical inquiries within the specified time; enterprises applying for engineering projects should have a second-level general contracting qualification for construction projects and other qualifications; those with experience or achievements in the construction of wastewater treatment systems for pharmaceutical production enterprises are preferred.
2. Materials to be submitted for registration: Legal person authorization (entrustment) letter, copies of the legal person and authorized person's ID cards, copies of the business license, copies of qualification certificates, copies of some contracts, performance in the past three years, annual financial statements, contact person and communication methods and email (the above copies must be stamped with the official seal of the unit).
3. Registration and qualification pre-review
(1) Registration time: Deadline is 10 days from the date of posting.
