Our company intends to conduct bidding for the following procurement project. We welcome units with good bank credit and financial status, meeting qualification requirements, and having similar project achievements to participate in the bidding. The relevant matters of this project are announced as follows:
1. Introduction to the bidding project
(1) Project Name: Installation Project of the Gas Tower at Livzon Group Livzon Pharmaceutical Factory
(2) Project Implementation Location: Livzon Group Livzon Pharmaceutical Factory
(3) Procurement Content (Scope of Work): During the production process of the coating machine in the solid preparation workshop of Livzon Group Livzon Pharmaceutical Factory, dust and volatile organic VOC waste gas will be generated. The workshop is equipped with dust removal equipment, and the dust and waste gas are discharged at high altitude after being treated by the dust removal equipment. Currently, there are some fine particulate matter and VOC organic waste gas in the discharged waste gas. According to the on-site situation and environmental protection requirements, deep treatment of the waste gas is needed to ensure that the treated waste gas meets the environmental protection discharge standards before being discharged at high altitude, and meets the VOC treatment requirements. Additionally, the waste gas treatment facilities must be equipped with sampling platforms and other equipment that comply with environmental protection regulations.
(4) Quality requirements for this bidding project: Treatment of waste gas and dust generated during the production process to ensure that the treated exhaust gas meets the requirements of the "Air Pollutant Discharge Limits" and local standards for particulate matter, VOC, and non-methane total hydrocarbons.
(5) Equipment delivery period (construction period): 45 days
2. Qualification requirements for bidders and required submission materials
1. Legal enterprises with valid business licenses and credentials, capable of independently assuming civil liability, with last year's operating income not less than 8 million yuan, and able to send a technical person in charge to conduct on-site inspections and technical inquiries within the specified time; enterprises applying for engineering projects should have at least a level three or above in environmental engineering contracting qualifications.
2. Required submission materials: Legal person authorization (entrustment) letter, copies of the legal person and authorized person's ID cards, copies of the business license, copies of the qualification certificates, copies of contracts, annual financial statements, and contact information of the applicant (the above copies must be stamped with the official seal of the unit).
3. Registration and qualification pre-review
(1) Registration time: Deadline is within 7 days from the date of posting.
