Our company intends to conduct bidding for the following procurement project. (2)Project Implementation Location: Shijiao Town, Qingcheng District, Qingyuan City, Guangdong Province, Xinjicun Committee, Shilong AvenueNo. 8
(3)Procurement Content (Scope of Work): Multi-layer construction, area approximately740m² (subject to actual site inspection), including purification decoration engineering, ventilation and air conditioning engineering, electrical lighting engineering, drainage engineering, flooring engineering, installation of newly purchased equipment, clean room and air conditioning system validation services, etc. (Installation area: construction in both general and explosion-proof zones)
(4) Quality requirements for this bidding project:Ensure that the project quality acceptance is qualified.
(5) Equipment delivery period (project duration): phased implementation, expected to be completed within60 days.
2.Qualification requirements for bidders and required submitted materials
1. Legal enterprises with valid business licenses and credentials, capable of independently assuming civil liability, with last year's operating income not less than 10 million yuan, able to send a technical person in charge to conduct on-site inspections and technical inquiries within the specified time; enterprises applying for engineering projects should have a second-level or above qualification for electromechanical installation engineering contracting and a second-level or above qualification for building decoration engineering contracting.
2. Materials to be submitted for registration: Legal person authorization (entrustment) letter, copies of the legal person and authorized person's ID cards, copies of the business license, copies of qualification certificates, number of cases in the past three years, copies of contracts from the previous year (for purification decoration cases over 1 million, attach copies of contracts, no limit on quantity), annual financial statements, contact person and communication methods (the above copies must be stamped with the official seal of the unit).
