Our company intends to conduct bidding for the following procurement project. We welcome units with good bank credit and financial status, meeting qualification requirements, and having similar project achievements to participate in the bidding. The relevant matters of this project are announced as follows:
1. Introduction to the bidding project
(1) Project Name: Livzon Group Limin Pharmaceutical Plant Production Information System (Engineering) Procurement Project
(2) Project Implementation Location: Livzon Group Limin Pharmaceutical Plant
(3) Procurement Content (Scope of Work): Design, production, installation, inspection and testing, documentation, delivery instructions, and minimum requirements for the production information system (SCADA (including energy management), MES, WMS, smart supervision).
1) The SCADA system includes the high-capacity injection workshop A line, bagged infusion workshop 1, belt dryer in pre-treatment workshop 2, public engineering in traditional Chinese medicine extraction workshop 3, and DCS system (central control JX-300XP) in traditional Chinese medicine extraction workshop 3 remains unchanged, and the MES system directly collects data from the DCS system;
2) The MES system covers traditional Chinese medicine extraction workshop 3 (including pre-treatment), bagged infusion workshop 1, and high-capacity injection workshop A line, totaling 2 specifications;
3) The WMS system covers all warehouses;
4) The smart supervision system interfaces with the drug supervision remote monitoring client to achieve data aggregation of all specifications and automatic upload to the drug supervision platform.
5) The system meets domestic advanced levels in design, manufacturing technology, and performance, and complies with the latest GMP requirements in China.
Suppliers provide SCADA, MES, WMS, and smart supervision systems.
1. System design, procurement, installation construction, debugging, verification, etc.;
2. Any changes must be strictly controlled according to change control;
3. Provide relevant verification materials (including verification and confirmation documents required for certification);
4. Provide data related to electrical and instrument control and other specialties;
5. Responsible for the packaging and transportation of the engineering materials used;
6. Installation, inspection, testing, and related debugging;
7. CSV verification;
8. Training for operation, maintenance, repair, and verification;
9. Warranty services;
(4) Quality requirements for this bidding project: Provide at least five years of hardware warranty, five years of free software maintenance, and provide a plan for subsequent maintenance after the warranty period. During the maintenance period, provide 7*24 hours of technical support services. It must also meet GMP, QMS, and EHS requirements, and pass computerized system verification.
(5) Equipment delivery period (engineering construction period): 210 days
2. Qualification requirements for bidders and materials to be submitted
1. Legal enterprises with valid business licenses and qualification certificates, capable of independently assuming civil liability, with last year's operating income not less than 60 million yuan, able to send technical personnel to the project site for inspection and technical inquiries within the specified time; enterprises applying for engineering projects should have corresponding qualifications;
2. Companies that have successfully implemented MES cases for domestic vaccine companies are required;
3. Materials to be submitted for registration: Legal person authorization (entrustment) letter, copies of the legal person and authorized person's ID cards, copies of the business license, copies of qualification certificates, copies of contracts, annual financial statements, contact person and communication methods (the above copies must be stamped with the official seal of the unit).

(5) Qualification pre-review: Our company will conduct a qualification pre-review based on the bidder's registration materials, and will provide written feedback and confirm bidding qualifications for potential bidders that meet the requirements. The acquisition of bidding documents and the bidding deadline will be notified separately by the bidder.
