Our company intends to conduct bidding for the following procurement project. We welcome units with good bank credit and financial status, meeting qualification requirements, and having similar project achievements to participate in the bidding. The relevant matters of this project are announced as follows:
1. Introduction to the Bidding Project
(1) Project Name: Renovation Project of Two 120m³ Fermentation Tanks in Fuzhou Fuxing
(2) Project Implementation Location: No. 8, Nangang Avenue, Jiangyin Industrial Concentration Area, Fuzhou City, Fujian Province
(3) Procurement Content (Scope of Work): Electrical, Instrumentation, and Process Equipment Pipeline Installation
(4) Qualification Requirements for this Bidding Project: Electromechanical Installation Engineering Professional Contracting Level 2 or above
(5) Project Delivery Period: 45 calendar days
2. Qualification Requirements for Bidders and Required Submission Materials
1. Legal enterprises with valid business licenses and qualification certificates, capable of independently assuming civil liability, with last year's operating income not less than 20 million yuan, able to send a technical person to the project site for inspection and technical inquiries within the specified time;
2. Submission materials required for registration: Power of attorney (entrustment) letter, photocopies of the legal person's and authorized person's ID cards, contact information and email of the authorized person, photocopy of the business license, photocopy of qualification proof, performance in the last three years, annual financial statements, photocopies of contracts for similar projects with a total price exceeding 2 million (the above photocopies must be scanned with the official seal of the unit).
3. Registration and Qualification Pre-Review
