Our company intends to conduct bidding for the following procurement project. We welcome units with good bank credit and financial status, meeting qualification requirements, and having similar project achievements to participate in the bidding. The relevant matters of this project are announced as follows:
1. Introduction to the bidding project
(1) Project Name: LIZHU Group Limin Pharmaceutical Factory Laboratory Information Management System LIMS (Engineering) Procurement Project
(2) Project Implementation Location: LIZHU Group Limin Pharmaceutical Factory
(3) Procurement Content (Scope of Work): Design, production, installation, inspection and testing, documentation, delivery instructions, and minimum requirements for the Laboratory Information Management System LIMS.
1) The Laboratory Information Management System covers QC instrument room, sample center, stability study, bioassay room, physical and chemical raw material room, traditional Chinese medicine room, animal laboratory, sample retention room/QC release, research institute, and other departments;
2) The functional requirements of the Laboratory Information Management System include but are not limited to: sample inspection, label management, sample sampling, sample receiving, task assignment and collection, result registration, data review and audit, report and release, sample batch association, tracking, inspection anomaly handling, sample retention management, stability management, quality standard management, environmental and water system public system management, scientific data management system, electronic laboratory notebook (ELN), laboratory supplies management, reference/standard management, instrument equipment management, metrology management, personnel management, statistical analysis, compliance management, electronic signature, data backup, interface management, validation management, training management, etc.;
3) The Laboratory Information Management System must support interfaces and data exchange with ERP, MES, SCADA, WMS, PDM, and other systems.
4) The system must reach the advanced level in design, manufacturing technology, and performance in China, and comply with the latest GMP requirements in China.
The supplier shall provide the Laboratory Information Management System LIMS:
1. System design, procurement, installation construction, debugging, validation, etc.;
2. Any changes must be strictly controlled according to change control procedures;
3. Provide relevant validation materials (including validation and confirmation documents required for certification);
4. Provide data collection materials related to inspection instruments and weighing;
5. Responsible for the packaging and transportation of the engineering materials used;
6. Installation, inspection, testing, and related debugging;
7. CSV validation;
8. Training for operation, maintenance, repair, and validation;
9. Quality assurance services;
(4) Quality requirements for this bidding project: Provide at least five years of hardware warranty, five years of free software maintenance, and provide a plan for subsequent maintenance after the warranty period. During the maintenance period, provide 7*24 hours of technical support services. It must also meet GMP, QMS, and EHS requirements and pass computerized system validation.
(5) Equipment delivery period (engineering duration): 210 days
2. Qualification requirements for bidders and required submission materials
1. Legal enterprises with valid business licenses and qualification certificates, capable of independently assuming civil liability, with last year's operating income not less than 30 million yuan, and able to send technical personnel to conduct on-site inspections and technical inquiries within the specified time; enterprises applying for engineering projects should have corresponding qualifications;
2. Required to provide implementation cases in the pharmaceutical industry for the past three years, with at least 10 successful LIMS implementation cases in the pharmaceutical industry;
3. Submission materials for registration: Legal person authorization (entrustment) letter, copies of the legal person and authorized person's ID cards, copies of the business license, copies of qualification certificates, copies of contracts, annual financial statements, contact person and communication methods (the above copies must be stamped with the official seal of the unit).
3. Registration and qualification pre-review
(1) Registration time: Deadline is 10 working days from the date of posting.

(5) Qualification pre-review: Our company will conduct a qualification pre-review based on the bidder's registration materials and will provide written feedback and confirm the bidding qualifications for potential bidders that meet the requirements. The acquisition of bidding documents and the bidding deadline will be notified separately by the bidder.
