Our company intends to conduct bidding for the following procurement project. We welcome units with good bank credit and financial status, meeting qualification requirements, and having similar project achievements to participate in the bidding. The relevant matters of this project are announced as follows:
1. Introduction to the bidding project
(1) Project Name: Procurement Project for Ampoule Bottle Outer Wall Cleaning Equipment of Livzon Group
(2) Project Implementation Location: Livzon Pharmaceutical Factory
(3) Procurement Content (Scope of Work): 1 set of ampoule bottle outer wall cleaning equipment and supporting track and discharge device;
(4) Quality requirements for this bidding project:
The ampoule bottle outer wall cleaning equipment, supporting track, and discharge device should meet:
1. For 2, 3, 5ml specifications, designs such as positioning pins should be used to facilitate quick and easy replacement, with high precision and strong interchangeability (different specification size drawings for 2, 3, 5ml specifications need to provide applicable ranges for bottle neck and height), and minimize or reduce the use of tools; a set of 3ml specifications should be randomly equipped (2ml and 5ml specifications can be purchased later according to production needs; but the three specifications must be compatible without the need to modify the equipment); replacement of specifications should be quick and convenient, with a total duration not exceeding 2 hours.
2. Production capacity: The stable production speed for 2, 3, 5ml should not be less than 600 bottles/min. (The overall efficiency OEE of the equipment during continuous production should be greater than 90%)
3. The equipment should have no obvious vibration or abnormal noise when operating at the highest speed, and the noise at a distance of 1 meter from the machine should be below 80 decibels; the breakage rate during the production process should be <0.01%; glass fragments and residual liquid generated from broken bottles should be automatically cleaned and should not remain on the track to cause secondary contamination of the products.
4. The equipment should effectively remove residual liquid from the outer wall of the bottles at high, medium, and low speeds during operation, without affecting lamp inspection and labeling. The visual surface should be clean, dry, and not slippery or sticky; there should be no visible residues on the outer side and bottom of the bottle, and the outer surface should be completely dry with no residual water marks.
5. The consumption of water, electricity, and compressed air by the equipment should be indicated and tested accurately. The equipment design should consider energy-saving and water-saving measures, and high-efficiency motors should be selected.
(5) Equipment delivery period (construction period): 90 days FAT
2. Qualification requirements for bidders and required submitted materials
1. Legal enterprises with valid business licenses and qualification certificates, capable of independently assuming civil liability, with last year's operating income not less than 30 million yuan, and no less than 100 domestic and foreign customers, having cooperation cases with well-known domestic pharmaceutical companies, and having no less than 30 mature cases of ampoule bottle outer wall cleaning machines in production operation, able to send a technical person to the project site for inspection and technical inquiries within the specified time;
2. Materials to be submitted for registration: Legal person authorization (entrustment) letter, copies of the legal person and authorized person's ID cards, copies of the business license, copies of qualification certificates, copies of contracts, annual financial statements, contact person and communication methods (the above copies need to be stamped with the official seal of the unit); technical data of the equipment, list of domestic customers, etc.

(5) Qualification pre-review: Our company will conduct a qualification pre-review based on the bidder's registration materials, and will provide written feedback and confirm bidding qualifications for potential bidders that meet the requirements. The acquisition of bidding documents and the bidding deadline will be notified separately by the bidder.
(5) Qualified bidders should register as qualified suppliers in the Livzon Group SRM system (http://srm.livzon.cn/). The "Supplier Registration Operation Manual" can be found on the official website.
