Our company intends to conduct bidding for the following procurement project. 1. Introduction to the Bidding Project
(1) Project Name: Direct Purchase Electricity Project of Livzon Pharmaceutical Group (Enterprises within Guangdong Province)
(2) Bidding Content:
1.Electricity consumption of Livzon Pharmaceutical Group's enterprises in Guangdong Province for the year 2025;
2.The bidding contract period is: January 1, 2025 ~ December 31, 2025.
2. Qualification Requirements for Bidders and Required Submission Materials
(1) Legal enterprises with valid business licenses and qualification certificates, capable of independently assuming civil responsibilities.
(2) Materials to be submitted for registration (materials must be stamped with the official seal of the unit):
1.Company profile and business license;
2.Power of attorney (entrustment) letter;
3.Copies of the ID cards of the legal person and the authorized person;
4.Tax registration certificate;
5.Electricity sales qualification certificate;
6.Provide electricity sales data for the years 2023 and 2024, along with copies of major sales contracts as proof;
7.2023 financial statements;
8.List of clients with contracted electricity consumption of over 100 million kWh in Guangdong Province for 2024;
9.Introduction to the company's power plant situation (such as installed unit scale, power plant type, etc.);
10.Contact person and communication method.
3. Registration and Technical Bid Shortlisting
(1) Registration Time: Deadline is 7 days from the date of posting.
(2) Registration Method: Send registration materials to the dedicated bidding registration email (please indicate the name of the bidding project).

4. Other Instructions
(1) Units shortlisted for the technical bid can participate in our company's commercial bid. The requirements for the commercial bid are subject to the bidding documents issued by our company.
(2) Complete bidding materials must be provided as required by our company; failure to provide as required will be considered as a withdrawal from bidding.
