Our company intends to conduct bidding for the following procurement project. (3) Procurement Content (Scope of Work): Air Conditioning Renovation
(4) Quality Requirements for this Bidding Project: Effectively solve the temperature difference problem in laboratory rooms and corridors in the renovated area, reduce the corrosion of the colored steel plates in the rooms, and reduce the negative pressure in the corridors.
(5) Equipment Delivery Period (Construction Period): 40 days
2. Qualification Requirements for Bidders and Required Submission Materials
1. Legal enterprises with valid business licenses and credentials, capable of independently assuming civil liability, with last year's operating income not less than 9 million yuan, able to send a technical person in charge to conduct on-site inspections and technical inquiries within the specified time; enterprises applying for engineering projects should have a qualification level of three or above.
2. Required submission materials for registration: Legal person authorization (entrustment) letter, copies of the legal person's and authorized person's ID cards, copies of the business license, copies of the qualification certificate, copies of contracts, annual financial statements, and contact person with communication methods (the above copies must be stamped with the official seal of the unit);.
3. Registration and Qualification Pre-Review
(1) Registration Time: Deadline is 5 days from the date of posting (Note: The registration time must not be less than five working days. The project team must determine the registration deadline based on factors such as project market, technical difficulty, and urgency; it is recommended to start the bidding announcement work after the group approval of the project, allowing sufficient time to implement supplier investigation, technical communication, project URS, and determination of bidding documents; delete this note after completion)
