Our company intends to conduct bidding for the following procurement project. We welcome units with good bank credit and financial status, meeting qualification requirements, and having similar project achievements to participate in the bidding. The relevant matters of this project are announced as follows:
1. Introduction to the bidding project
(1) Project Name: Procurement project for freeze dryer and supporting facilities in the synthesis workshop;
(2) Project Implementation Location: No. 22, Lianfeng Road, Bonded Zone, Xiangzhou District, Zhuhai City, Guangdong Province;
(3) Procurement Content (Scope of Work): 1 set of freeze dryer, see URS for details;
(4) Quality requirements for this bidding project: meet the GMP requirements for pharmaceutical equipment. The manufacturer should have advanced manufacturing processes, processing technology, advanced production equipment, scientific management, and product quality at the leading level in the industry; be honest and trustworthy, with good after-sale service. There should be many domestic customers with no major quality issues or defect feedback;
2. Qualification requirements for bidders and required submission materials
1. Legal enterprises with valid business licenses and qualification certificates, capable of independently assuming civil liability, with last year's operating income not less than 30 million yuan, and able to send a technical person in charge to conduct on-site inspections and technical inquiries within the specified time;
2. Materials to be submitted for registration: Legal person authorization (entrustment) letter, photocopies of the legal person and the authorized person's ID cards, contact information and email of the authorized person, photocopy of the business license, photocopy of qualification proof, performance in the past three years, annual financial statements, photocopies of similar project contracts with a total price exceeding 1 million (the above photocopies must be scanned with the official seal of the unit).
3. Registration and qualification pre-review
Registration time: Deadline is 10 days from the date of posting.
