Our company intends to conduct bidding for the following procurement project. We welcome units with good bank credit and financial status, meeting qualification requirements, and having similar project achievements to participate in the bidding. The relevant matters of this project are announced as follows:
1. Introduction to the bidding project
(1) Project Name: Procurement project for a set of closed discharge freeze-drying system and supporting facilities for the refined workshop;
(2) Project Implementation Location: No. 8, Nangang Avenue, Jiangyin Industrial Concentration Zone, Fuzhou City, Fujian Province;
(3) Procurement Content (Scope of Work): Equipment procurement and installation, including: closed discharge freeze-dryer, liquid preparation system, discharge packaging system, etc.;
(4) Quality requirements for this bidding project: Comply with current EU, FDA, and China GMP regulations;
(5) Delivery period: 120 calendar days
2. Qualification requirements for bidders and required documents to be submitted
1. Legal enterprises with valid business licenses and qualification certificates, capable of independently assuming civil liability, with last year's operating income not less than 50 million yuan, able to send a technical person in charge to conduct on-site inspections and technical inquiries within the specified time;
2. Documents to be submitted for registration: Legal person authorization (entrustment) letter, copies of the legal person's and authorized person's ID cards, contact information and email of the authorized person, copy of business license, copy of qualification certificate, performance in the past three years, annual financial statements, copies of contracts for similar projects with a total price exceeding 2 million (the above copies must be scanned with the official seal of the unit).
