To practice the corporate cultural values of "happy life, joyful work," strengthen communication among various units, and enhance team cohesion, the 2023 "Lizhu Carnival" park activity, hosted by the Lizhu Group Party and Labor Union and organized by the Group Trade Union, was joyfully held on the evening of October 13 at the outdoor square of the Lizhu Industrial Park headquarters.
This is an annual corporate cultural activity that Lizhu Group has continued for many years. The event specially arranged for outstanding employee representatives from secondary enterprises outside Zhuhai to visit the headquarters, experience the beautiful scenery of the coastal city of Zhuhai, and the intelligent manufacturing of Lizhu Industrial Park, enhancing employees' sense of belonging and cohesion.
42 carefully set games kept all participants engaged. "Play games, win prizes," as long as you put in effort, there will be rewards. Compete in wisdom, strength, luck, and speed; to win more prizes, you must work hard. Everyone participated joyfully, which is one of the purposes of holding the "Lizhu Carnival" park activity. The event started at 18:30 that evening and lasted nearly three hours, with everyone expressing that they gained a lot and were left wanting more.
